Service Description

Join Holistic Healer and Facilitator, Madeleine Allgood & Co-Facilitator Mitchell Allgood as we journey into the heart & into the subconscious in this 3hr Sacred Cacao Ceremony & Breathwork Journey. After opening the space, we will prepare & serve you with heart-opening medicine, Cacao, during a ritual of connection. Madeleine will then introduce you to the practice of the conscious connected breathing technique you will use during the journey. After a demonstration of the breath and guidance on safety, you’ll lie down comfortably and be guided through 60+ minutes of activating breathwork, set to curated music to support your journey inward. Afterwards, we will then hold space for you as you savour your journey experience and slowly reintegrate back into your space, followed by a post-journey processing circle. More time than is scheduled will be on offer to allow you to reintegrate slowly if needed. Cancellation Policy

Please notify at least 24hrs in advance of any cancellation. If you require a refund please note that this may incur a fee of up to 10% the cost of the scheduled service. Credits for future services may be applicable. Any cancellations less than 24hrs notice are subject to the fee amounting the full cost of the scheduled service.
